Warning: There are some spoilers below.
I can't remember how much I've laughed in this movie. This story is about a fat girl with a wonderful voice. She works as the singing voice of a Korean pop idol.
It was funny when they exaggerated her deficiencies (or should I say, her ugliness). Experiencing all those things should have been really depressing but you wouldn't feel like that at all. And you would understand why she did what she did. They also really did a good job of presenting the difference in treatment of ugly and pretty girls in a funny way. It was implying that when you're pretty, you could get away with anything. I know it sounds harsh, but it happens in real life.
And lastly, I like the moral lesson of this story. First is that it shouldn't matter how you look on the outside. Being ridiculed by people because of your looks doesn't make you less of a person. It's them who are lesser than you. Second is that you can never be truly happy when you live your life based on lies. Lies are poisonous. It can even push you to do cruel things you never thought of doing before. Being honest, on the other hand, would allow you to sleep well at night and live your life fully each day.
